Another day, another year global warming missing here... Some days reflect the once upons the midnight blues, the keeping on. What little time, the insecure, the weaving words, the want of more of attic thoughts saved from the past kept in the heart, their need to last. Sighing moments devoted to the prelude of tomorrow's new to lessen then the sting of gloom escaping to a waiting room where dreams will bathe to occupy and fill the hollow through mind's eye, remembering the all of all on this the day before night's fall. Wishing for the new to be real and not illusory~~~ M (thank you to all the pip friends for using many of your recent titles as inspiration) "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." |

"Wishing for the new to be real and not illusory~~~" Yes, to those lines, my friend. This time tomorrow we will begin our journey through 2012. What will it hold for us, only time will tell. ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |

Thanks everyone...I have been so tired out lately, I haven't been able to think enough to post anything new so I am always grateful when I can be inspired by other's titles or thoughts. Wishing everyone a wonderful and safe New Years ( I probably won't be able to stay awake long enough to see it in ) M |

Reminded me warmly of Auden. I really enjoyed the sense of delving and playfulness here and the groundedness in the tradition. I think you had a typo of attic for antic, but that may just be me. Just wonderful; thanks so much. It really raised my spirits. Best wishes. Bob Kaven |

Love the flow and rhyme of this piece. There is much read here between the lines. I am nothing special...and my name will soon be forgotten, but I've loved another with all my heart and soul, and to me,this has always been enough.~N.S |
