No Where Near

Sometimes I want to
hold you baby,
sometimes I want to
kiss you dear,
sometimes I want
to see you darling
but you're
nowhere near.

Sigh, the fate of distant lovers!

May you be nonetheless in a state of grateful serenity, dear James, while waiting for her to be near again.

That also causes a deep ache within the chest. Good poem.

A poignant ache indeed, that stretches across miles.  It's hard to miss someone, sometimes.

"sometimes..."  it even happens in marriage, my friend, when they're in the same or next room! But that doesn't change a thing - the heart is still there.

enjoyed...
