Moving Back

Once again time changes modes,
secureness needs to blend.
A mother's need, a daughter's care,
the aging to defend.

Moving this and staying that
arranging from this end
to bring her here from worried there,
what's ours to her we lend.

For family this time of year
and always should come first,
allowing one to feel the want
of being "love submersed".

With all that  missed her when the past
had kept her far away,
how soon the "mist" will disappear
to celebrate each day.

M

(my Mother has been mistreated by my brother and  has finally decided to come back and live with me and be nearer to all her other children and family members...and so the planning has begun)

Good luck. Love. Attention. Firmness when needed. I know you are relieved.

Yes...much luck, my friend and bless you for the willingness to take her in - there are too many that would not do that.

It gives me joy, that you will take your dear Mother in. May you indeed be "love submersed" and enjoy the change.

Beautiful words!

Love,

Wishing everyone a Very Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah and  a wonderful New Year.

wonderful wonderful! I'm excited for you M

but sorry to hear about your brother, that's sad and there should be consequences for such behavior but I suppose he will have to answer to God sooner or later.
