The umbrella slightly folded Under the rainfall Hands traded signs He took her hands off the cement Where each point of her tip Left a little indent There was a slight scratch Along the left corner of her leg An uneven bridge From the bottom of her feet To the top of her cheeks She was a bit hunched over A bit uneasy But the wind saw a woman of the night As it grazed around the corner of the stores She felt it suddenly touch her Breezing in and out Of her white tank-top With his hand inside hers The wind watching over her As if she was engraved in the sky With strands of her hair Weaving through the clouds. |
