Hazy Dreams of You ![]() In the tranquility of my dreams I gaze into your sincerity… You touch me. You reveal a hidden want so persistent and impatient – apt only in hazy dreams of you. Visions of you with me Borrowed by my tacit desires – you and I in a youthful life of devotion … I dream you there, as if inducing my thoughts to dream of us, guiding those thoughts in a foggy haze… Hazy sleepy dreams... a bit awake, and somewhat asleep... Dreams surreal, you and I – Hazy dreams of you… ΘJLΘ Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. Love your neighbor as yourself. |

"you and I in a youthful life of devotion" I can vouch for a life of devotion, J.L. I have kept it youthful...but it takes work. work. To me this is the most important line in the poem..which is good in all its parts. |

Very enticing indeed, JL! I love it in its entirety and this ... a bit awake, and somewhat asleep... especially. At the edge of sleep we have the most charming visions. You rendered these "hazy dreams" most beautifully. Margherita ![]() |

sigh...how did I miss this? The dream-haze can be such a place of freedom. Where want can definitely be persistent, impatient and unhindered. Very nice, JL ![]() |

I dream you there, as if inducing my thoughts to dream of us, guiding those thoughts in a foggy haze… Hazy dreams sure beat the cold clarity of reality! *S* This is beautiful, JL! |
