Crazy Love

Its one thing to feel lonely
when you are all alone,
its another to feel lonely
when you are with someone
and even though you are with them,
you still think of the one you miss,
the one you truly want to be with.
And someday perhaps you will,
but for now that someday
seems a long ways away...

Ha! Don't feel bad, my friend. I still miss all my 'loves', from my first at 4 years old, till now.

One remembers the emotion - especially when one leaves while still in love, and loss is a rip of our very fabric, just as in death . . . and those fragments of another 'time' help mold who we are.

One doesn't have to miss or love the past any less than the present, but one does have to remember one's responsibility to living in the present, and for those whom love one today.

One has to live for today - not yesterday;
yesterday has to be the foundation upon which we plant our feet - a guide to Better our lives.
