Put the horn to your lips,
make it wail, make it rip.

The blues' has got to you,
like a hole in your shoe.

Let that horn blast it out,
don't let there be a doubt.

Reach up for that high note,
let it moan, let it float.

Let the sax do its thing,
Getting' down, in the swing.

The piano man's here,
Even with a tin ear.

Everything jammin' now,
the blues are gone, and how.

Haahaaa!
Get Lucille out and hit a few licks.
Nice, Jerry.

Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. Love your neighbor as yourself.

Fantastic, Jerry! Inspiring.

This is so good that I searched and found the music I listen to now ... Same Old blues by Knopfler and Clapton! Woaaahhhh ....

Love,
Margherita

This reminds me of the French Quarter musicians... the first time I saw one on the corner after Katrina, I cried... in so many ways, the wail of a sax is the song of the city.

"in so many ways, the wail of a sax is the song of the city"

Absolutely suthern. I have stood in the shadows many a night and watched and listened to the music of street people. It still gives me goosebumps . . .

Thank you for stopping by to listen . . .
