Me

Sometimes I feel lonely
and at those times
when I feel lonely
I want to be with someone,
someone I care for,
someone that has the
same interests as me
so we can share experiences.
A person that enjoys who
I am outside & inside,
a person that feels comfortable
in the presence of my personality,
a person that is not offended by
the thoughts I think,
the words I say,
the actions I take.
A person that just accepts me
for who I am and likes that person,
the person that is me.

loneliness has it's own unique form of comfort too, james, and sometimes it's a pleasant thing.

Very good thoughts. Of course "the one" will also express herself in this way or be cherishing the same dream. So, good luck! (or ... in the name of love you will both put the priority of making each other happy and that means - without the slightest doubt - shortening of one's freedom and at least every now and then a compromise, there is no other way!)
