I'm feeling like a bum, and you're someone sparing change. Sharing what you have with me, giving hope in the exchange. I am like a plant, and you are my shining sun. Feeling cold without you, as if the night has come. I'm like a kid in high school, and you're my final bell. Waiting to hear your voice again, to assure me all is well. I'm like a desert nomad, and you're my guiding star. When you're in sight, everything is right. 'Tho I feel lost when you are far I feel as though I've been halved, and you make up the rest. I await the moment we're together again, so I can be at my best. Thoughts inspired by missing my love, and sitting in a laundry mat. =) ~ Joshua It's not easy being evil, in a world gone to hell. You were most beautifully inspired while waiting for the laundry ... The longing is deeply felt. Margherita |
