I never saw such long hair before
with such a dark tint of innocence
waving across her forehead
like the gentle breeze against the brush of a curtains skin

I had never seen legs that could form such ease
as they skated along the curved, chiseled road

She had this long stare that could haunt you
that left a small boy in his jeans aroused
and as she grew, left a colony of men at their knees

It is why we live to breathe
to be amazed by those around us
and her face was unmistakably the shape of not only pure symmetry, but of nostalgia
Of a time, when I could remember the sky cross its clouds and dot the sun

These chances,
so few and far between
Never can they be taken for granted
For we breathe to be, not just to be

I think I've seen the past (even mine) through your eyes here, my friend.  Much enjoyed.

Thanks, J.  Hopefully it was eventful...I bet it was.

Cheers
