Thoughts from my Paris sojourn September 2011 ************************ It's midnight in Paris and as I look out my French Doors at the sparkling lights and the long white clouds hovering over the darkened skies I quietly offer my thanks and close my eyes safe in the knowledge that I had this day and embraced the moments in this city that I love ********************** I went to sleep with long white clouds hovering over the Paris skies I wake to them also but these are fast moving and the weather gods are yet to determine the day I must wait patiently for their decision and as I do I watch closely as the city wakens to its brand new day Be kind at heart....for everyone you meet has their own battle to fight......... |

Writing about Paris puts us on the same wavelength, I'm reading "Cosette: The Sequel to Les Miserables." Good book, as is your poem of Paris undefined weather. ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways ~*~ |
