Water is warm to my knees, before it begins to be colder. Seems the water knows to greet death with a cold grip. Stone cold. Death! I don't think so. This wasn't any kind of plan. I need to reconsider now. Death? I don't think so. I'm glad. I stop. Water around my armpits. So cold. Chicken out. Start backpedaling frantically. Current pulling. You'll die yet. I flounder, arms waving. At that point in time didn't know if I was waving for help, or goodbye to the world. Was goodbye. ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways ~*~ |
