what a beautiful end
to a gorgeous October day
bright sunshine, nice stiff breeze
air so clean smelling
its almost as sweet as her perfume
this day is the perfect one
to come after our intermingling last night
so maybe there were problems
unforeseen, never mind last night
it was still, a night to remember for me
which brings me back to this breathtaking
October day
what more could a man ask for
a lovely woman
the way she makes me feel
and the beauty of today the exclamation point
to a just-what-the-doctor-ordered
weekend
I am blessed
