. Akena Okinawa A woman in a rice paddy Wishes me good day In Japanese No angel Coming out of the sky Lightning bolt burning bush Water turning into wine Just a woman I never saw again Was she young or old I do not know Life is hard for farmers in those fields In the hot sun Dirty water up to her knees A woman looked up And wished me good day And life changed . |

A very familiar view, well remembered. Some day, maybe sweet wine. Enjoyed. JL ![]() Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. Love your neighbor as yourself. |

It is the tiny things that matter the most. Thank you for sharing this life-changing moment. It is a sparkling gem. Owl |

I liked this very much. Reminds me of the dominoes of Fate... a feather falling in part of the world ending up a hurricane in another and such. We truly never know just how much impact one kind gesture can bring individually, or to the masses. Well done. Michael |
