 Exuberance - panel on glass by Howard Mendelson * You are my Zen bliss and my sunshine world, my dawn and my dusk and all the time in between when we hold each other tight to dance among the stars and to snuggle by candlelight. You are my eyes' favourite sight they know you by heart and recall you in dreams when silken slumber builds fleeting walls of separation. You are my weakness and you are my strength with you I am exuberant I feel the world is ours whether we stroll across flower fields or invent new ways to be creative. You are my words and my silence I tap into the well of You And I rise into every new day with freshly coloured wings and a heart overflowing with love, a love emitting the unique scent of the blended essence of you and of me. * |

“You are my Zen bliss You are my eyes' favourite sight You are my weakness You are my words and my silence” Very nice Margherita. The first line of each stanza is beautiful. Speaks to the heart. JL  Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul,and with all your mind. Love your neighbor as yourself. |

"You are my weakness / and you are my strength" Can't hardly say it any better than those two simple, but powerful lines, Margherita. Enjoyed this poem of love very much. ~~ Those who are silent are the first to be shot. ~~ |
