Dream Catcher A Dream Catcher in my house One, in the RV o’er my bed Hung from the mirror in my car They seem, going backwards, instead. Maybe, I’m dreaming the wrong dreams Because, they all seem to turn to dust But, I can’t change my heart and mind They will, just do as they must. Keep thinking, “Maybe, next time?” Could there really be, some chance That, that next dream that I dream Will be more, than just, happenstance? The best laid plans of mice and men They seem often, to go awry But, seems every one of my own Go that way! And I wonder, “Why?” Sometimes, don’t look before I leap Or do look, when it is too late Can it be blamed on destiny? Or as some say, it’s only fate? Can Dream Catchers, turn around? And maybe, work, the other way? But, they keep twisting, in the wind So how, is anyone, to say? Melancholic, but not without hope. Love your ponderings. Dream catchers work as soon as you don't doubt their magic! Love, Margherita |
