GOD’S KISSES For Luminosity 15 September 2011 Tears are God’s kisses, His healing touch, His blessed hugs, His comforting salve. When Adam and Eve ate the apple from the forbidden tree, God bestowed tears upon the human race to counteract and wash away the sin that the pair had brought upon us all. We can show our gratitude by letting God’s tears fall when they may and letting them bring relief, release, healing, faith, and hope as they wash pure, sweet-smelling and free, our minds, our hearts our souls and as they bless us with God’s all-encompassing and forever and ever love. Tears call our child inside to the surface...When we cry as children it is because we don't know what else to do, and there seems to be no other way to address the problem we are confronting. This is a wonderful poem, Dianna Your knowledge of the human spirit is very broad, I can see that, and feel it in the emotion in your words. Thank You |
