While lying intertwined in a field of purple and white flowers atop my extra-long, twin-sized, college dorm bed, we are in our rawest forms. We inhale each other’s beauty without interruption from clothes or beauty supplies. My face is naked of cosmetics. Our hair is disheveled, but just the right way. A slight scent of the love we just made is lingering in the air. My body is flooded with a feeling comprised of everything positive, and a few subtle tears fall from the corners of my eyes. Our arms embrace, our fingers trace skin, and our legs tangle themselves together. Our lips join in a soft kiss every now and then and my eyes juggle being fixed on your face and slowly closing... And while this is taking place, I am absolutely certain that there is no wrong in the world. *Amber |
