What happened to my friend? When will i see you again? Watching the clock until it stops Let me in your life again Tell me you see me in him Chasing whats left in a midnight dream Waking up out of my mind Let me write your name Let me write your name Lets find our memories Smashed into the ground What happened to me? You are lost in his meadow of belief Walking in constant misery Let me dig my grave A hole in a desert for another time You left me with a nothing else to choose What happened to you my friend? In your profile I see: 65 originating poems, 69 posts in total ... it would be nice if you started reading (maybe you do?) and commenting on some other poets' works. Let me in your life again Tell me you see me in him This poignant plea really struck a chord in me. Such a sense of loss... well written!! Oh... and if I waited until I had something worth reading to post? LOL It would be a long wait. There is no right or wrong response as long as you don't attack the poet. |
