I would write deeply into your eyes
if they were green gifts sighing
glancing their dances at brim of dawn

and if your breasts were shadows there
filling my palms with fortune
reading my lines of passion out loud slowly

I would write deeply into your eyes
if they were closed tight pretending
to sleep through our love music songs

and if your thighs were wearing my tattoos
sanding them smooth with undulations
then gripping me into the gate of your heaven

and I would writhe deeply into your eyes then
