Vegetarians Kill Plants Why do vegetarians kill plants? What’s a plant ever done to you? What carrot or celery or pretzel has stuck you? What lettuce has ever beat you? What potato has ever … MMMMM … potato you? Who wants to eat a dead or rotten lettuce? Besides, killing is wrong! Just eat them instead. So they’ll remember what happened to them. Wouldn’t you like to be remembered too? Like who ate you? In Boulder, they have mosquitoes. Mosquitoes are considered Fellow-companion-creature-beings. And so taking the life Of a fellow-companion-creature-being is wrong. They’re just hungry. Haven’t you been hungry too? Maybe if we quit hitting them They would be nice to us. After all, doesn’t violence begat violence? Nurse? … … Nurse? I have an interview! Where is my birthday suit? (for the laughter of lovie Lori) Now can’t you see how ferociously busy I am these days? Gooosey goose feathers! |
