Dumb? Schools should be priority And free for all, who wish to learn But, stupidity and greed Put, the rich, the last to burn. Though we can’t feed so many kids And babies, homeless on our streets What’s happened to our Nation? When, education, is like, treats. Teachers pay for their teaching aids And, the crayons and pens When it comes to our stupidity It seems, it never ends. When we let our young stay dumb We just slip down, on the ruler We’ll be the dumbest in the World And, nothing else is truer! We all are the stupid ones To let “them” control our life Just as society dictates How to be, husband or wife. I’m in no position (‘cept, learned by my mistakes) But, being sorry of the wrong Is, not all that it takes.
