    poet hopes and dreams

Across the boundless
sky-rim moonlit sweep
of these endless hills
only passing thoughts and
  gossamer clouds,
that ride a gentle evening breeze,
can stir the starry fabric
of this wondrous summer night
to dance with poet hopes
and dreams of pristine love.
