BONDING GAZE 15 January 2011 It was the way he lifted his head . . . tilting it to one side, and looking at me almost quizzically . . . our eyes locking for a moment and a day, in a tentative bond, before he scuttled away along the top of the concrete fence his magnificent blue head bright in the noonday sun. This is very beautifully written. I can tell you are an animal person by your poems. I so loved the imagery!!! When the family is together, the soul is at peace - Russian Proverb |

Thank you, Julie. Yes, I am – not so much of a people person though, except for the ones I really like. I can tell you are also “animally” – I met LeeLee and Kaylee in your photos and poems and heard of Sammy in one of your poems and Molly in one of your responses. Thank you, Faith, for your kind words. Thank you, Spiros. Glad you liked it. Owl |
