        Spring Impression

Slate-grey river flowing forever
Scarlet wildflowers in greening
   fields
Cherry blossom scents
on the tentative breeze
Small, new life scurrying by
Spring passing
Now is the only ‘home’

Like your spring impressions, Bruce. Although "now" is indeed our only home we will in time embrace a new home.
