I've waited for your open arms; I've felt your breath upon your smile; I've smelled the sweetness of perfume; This night has taken quite while. It's been so long I've felt this rush; Red lipsticked mouth and so soft skin; Dazzling dress with high-heels to dance; I can hardly breathe; the shape I'm in. I joined a dating club for fun; Something to do when I was bored; Oh, I never thought I would meet; Someone like you on this dance floor. I know we've just met, you and I; Is this what you call a real date? I don't believe it's come to this, I may be old, but you look great. ~ Don't insult the alligator till after you cross the river. ~ |
