do not regret the past
for it is over and done with
no one has ever been
able to undo it

do not worry over
what might have been
but instead look forward to
the future with courage and faith

do not concern yourself
with what you might have been
for surely you will
become weak with self-condemnation

look forward instead
to all that you may become
with just a little
more effort on your part

never worry about
the future nor allow
yourself to think of morbid things
that may never happen

take comfort in
the thought that the
Great Power is taking care
of you and all of your affairs

let the Great Power
do His work in you and
let nature have her way with you
stay calm and be happy

This was so on the mark, i was just having one of those kinda days and reading this
twice and really thinking about those words made me feel a little better.
