windows were the lampshades around heaven
when you wore your veils wrong side out
over chair back trees along a momentary

you said tip toes were more seductive
than just running into some mans arms
and getting trapped within his spider

before your web was done being weaved
and besides it made you taller then
when everything was against my everything

so if we fell in love accidentally after
it would be more convenient how things fit
into and around all of those other things

not that you would want them to be too easy

Tip toes do make me look taller actually ~ and more ballerina-like. And on them I can run through a field of flowers ... just like in those feminine hygiene commercials. They also make my posture more perky. And my attitude is more ... thinks ... ebulent.

Or something.

Anyway, that's how I see it.

Hey friend, your writing is always spectacular, but this writing seemed a little different, in every good way... you really knocked this one out of the park... I think this is my favorite poem of your's so far.

...such a romantic couple of lines...sends the mind off to its own little world, making me have to go back and re-read...certainly not a bad thing...smiles
