Eyes wide open, cant fall into slumber, will counting sheep work hmmm....i wonder? The sound of silence the world asleep Why am i awake, and they get to sleep? I've tried the tea, I've read a book, Ive even dusted all the nooks? I bathed the dog, and groomed the cat even drinking warm milk wont help me relax! I moped the floors, I polished the table, I watched a 2 hr movie on cable? Now here I am, writing u this poem, just me & my laptop in the dark all alone....... snnnooorrrrrrrreee..... WOOPS, the alarm just went off! AHHHHH Rise & shine! Time to greet the day????!!!!!! aaarrggghhhhhh....... Well, it was a pleasure writing this evening thanks for the company? |

Very nice, you used your time creatively, dear dreamgal!  Usually I have no sleeping problems, but every now and then it happens that I seem to interchange day and night and it isn't exactly funny to live through the next day yawning instead of breathing ... Thank you both for your comments lol. I am awake a few hrs later not a great sleep with a sick child in the house who stayed home from school. Thats life I guess, lol. |
