we celebrate birthdays
b e c a u s e
and so tonight
i help to celebrate
your day
not with wine
not with words
but with music
and with feeling
for the warmth
of your love fills me
and moves me
making me silent and calming
the storm inside me

I love the way you end the poem. Cause love can really calm the storms inside you and silent you.

I like this, Faith. It says so much and what it says is universally true. A peace which comes over you is a wonderful and necessary thing.
