The news reported again today More civilians were killed Hospitals tried to save them But death had them out skilled Another racial terrorist group Has hit the innocent again They clam to be for peace and freedom But they are all the bloody same Its not just one religion They all think their the one They kill in the name of something That might have been made up for fun And it is not just the recent Muslims It’s the Christians as well The Jews and Catholics are just as bad Yet its peace and love they sell This might offend some people But there offending me By always trying to tell me What I can and can’t believe So to hell with all these people That force there belief and will When what they are a part of Is getting people killed |

Your poem is a powerful write. It reminds that ethnocentrism to any extreme can be lethal. Hopefully the world will learn that we are all one, that we are bound by economies, a universal planet and by a species. Well done! |
