Like a Sister

It's amazing how alike we are
in oh so many ways.
Who knew I'd ever find someone like you
to help me through the days?
We are as close as close can be
despite the distance that seperates us.
Do you remember back at Pittsburg
our fun times and mascot Gus?
You've been there for me
through thick and through thin.
I don't know what I'd do
if I couldn't call you my friend.
But Crystal my dear
you are so much more than that.
You are like a sister to me.
That's the simple fact.
You'll always be in my heart,
no matter the trials we face.
Let us remain like sisters forever,
while this wish gets sent into outer space.
