Avoiding sleep
for some reason
or is it the empty bed
or that dreams seem forgettable these days

forming new ones
letting go of the old
as the dawn of a new day
and year, creep in

like a liberator

forming new ones
looking for the "perfect" route
fate in what appears to be polka-dots
around the globe

dotted lines
plans in pencil
erase
reroute

love around the bend
a mystery train
that I never want to end
calling it a night

and hitting send...

During Christmas time, on Pip every little simple smiley has its red cap. I love that! It's done as a normal smilie just : ) without space in between of course
