As passion clouds
Our cluttered minds
And trips are full of
Broken lies
Your friends and foes
Will stab your back
All too much
It falls from lack
Of honesty and
Trusted lines
Really meet
To try and find
The person that can
Touch your heart
Not stick it in before
You part
And leave with it
An empty feel
Another part that
Wasn't real
But a scratch
Off of your list
