when your skin is turned outside in when turmoil seethes and boils within when your heart's shattered past repair and your hurts feel too much to bear when happy seems forever gone when night lingers and there's no dawn when you've been done so very wrong you will prevail - for you are strong when good days are but memory and pain is constant company remember, you will rise again a phoenix - hang tough, you will win!
