remember when we loved so easily talked so endlessly walked hand in hand turning to drink each other in with hungry glances new found love so forgiving blind and optimistic to each others foibles and faults now grown used to and argued against opinions strongly voiced even unasked for harsh words spoken in haste ambiguous meanings misconstrued chances lost to recover good grace love and hate such fine lines betwix us two can we rise like white winged doves to bill and coo and our love become eternally young again |

The truth is, You brought me up when I was down. You’ve always put a smile on my face,in place of a frown; and when frustration overcame me, you were there to see me through. You don’t have to say it. . . I already know You love me too, and the rest. . .the rest can be overcome. ~~~~~ (an excert from something my daughter wrote that seemed to fit right in here.) Jwesley |

I remember hiding how I felt because if it showed I would be wounded fatally.... LOL! This was a pleasure to read. Someone close to me once indicated that we come to take those we love for granted too much. She said we should, at the very least, show them in our daily lives the coutesy we would bestow upon a stranger. I have no doubt that love can renew itself with vigor when the caring is there... ![]() KL |
