My Dad's Pipe Blue smoke from a pipe that was my dads, twirls around my head the same way I watched it as a boy, drift around his. Smoking here in my old chair, I remember everything I’ve learned from him, not in words but by his example. When life becomes too much for a simple man like me, and threatens to push me down, I light up his old pipe. It reminds me to be strong and never give up. It reminds me that being a man, a father, means there are people counting on me. I won’t forget dad. Yoin |

Great sentiment Yoinn. Although my dad didn't smoke, I feel the same way and can relate to this. |
