Man I punched you right between the eyes, with a heavy fist moving way too quick. Carried your body all alone because there wasn't any reason to go asking for help. Man I stomped your chest in with big boots, toes made of steel. Saw you coughing up emotions, but wasn't strong enough to both hold up your head and wipe the corners of your mouth. Man you shook my hand once, and I trusted you then. But you tried to crush my hand with that iron grip not this time, I told you and I dwarfed your palm with one of my own. Man I broke those fingers of yours spit teeth on you for hitting my mouth thinking you'd get away with it. _______________________________________ Bad Habits (don't fall in love alone.) Paul I love my dog, and my truck. It's that simple, really. |

passing shadows... I guess so.  Slowlyfallaway... that it does. Osprey... Me and love, we got a bad thing going. he and I both need to clean up a little before we hang out and have a few beers again. I love my dog, and my truck. It's that simple, really. |
