To smelt a poem of gold From the lips of a silver tongue Sell it to buy your heart And together watch fate unfold I sit and watch the world go on by I watch the world turn Watch the world turn And my soul grows forever old My smile forever young I'm quite in love with this day And your smile is a ray of sunshine When my days are cloudy I wear my scars proudly I've found a new meaning of life And why shouldn't I When life is reborn every day Going to write a poem A story A novel and a play Gonna write you a movie A song And this is what its gonna say I'mma love you, always Forever true and forever you Gonna love you, Yes me, Or, Have our love born forever new And, Whilst I dance to the magic and the tune of my own, I realize I am more then simply alone, I walk a fine line between fantasy and realism I'm pretty sure this is my fault Like a page lost in the wind It'll come again. "We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars." Oscar Wilde |

This was a true joy to read! It does seem like 2 separate poems, though. the last stanza seems so different from the rest, like you curbed your fantasy. Why not let the fantasy fly by itself? |

Because this poem like a few of my others tells about how my dreams/fantasies tend to rudely end. |
