Te amo con todo que soy
Y a todas partes que voy
Tú estás allí
Con el corazón de mi

Te quiero con todo que soy
Y a todas partes que voy
Tú estás allí
Con la alma de mi

Te necesito con todo que soy
Y a todas partes que voy
Tú estás allí
Con todo de mi

Translation:

I love you with all that I am
And everywhere I go
There you are
With my heart

I want you with all that I am
And everywhere I go
There you are
With my soul

I need you with all that I am
And everywhere I go
There you are
With all of me

The direct translation of a few of those lines don't make sense.
Other then that.

Good read.

Thank you all very much. When one gets the news that they may be in danger of losing their life partner, it is a difficult time, and makes one realize just how much they need their partner.
As far as not translating well, it's really not a good idea to literally translate from one language to another, because the context often gets lost. Though, I'm glad the context WAS understood by someone who speaks fluent Spanish. Thank you, Balladeer. I am not fluent in Spanish, so it often takes many re-writes for me to get things right. This time, I only had to do one re-write, so I'm getting better.
