Autumnal North Breeze, control the changing guard In tempest flight across the yard East rise, your cheek in turn, ruddy to the sun Kick down the rains of spring below Oh breezes flutter soft and slow Autumn’s name, vitality in echo strum Sweep through the air vivacious song Sound low and proud, in tune move on Emote of leaf, a longing look become Of all the seasons, with their grace Send cooling breath to peach time’s face East rise, your cheek in turn, ruddy to the sun Give least the chill and more the will to run Autumnal north, begins in turn begun Copyright Kkh 9/15/09 |
