           Wizard Moon

Beneath a rising wizard-moon
as flickering stars and clouds
   float by …
the playful gypsy-wind
mixes grand old dreams
with healing evening shadows
and swirling wisps of time;
On this twilight cusp of Autumn,
rejoice in life’s brief meteor
before the ultimate winter void
if, even once, by chance or
  cosmic favor,
thou hast known love.

I think I have enjoyed every poem that you have shared.  They all contain beautiful imagry and flow.  Plus, there is just a bit of you in each to make them really special.

Thank you for sharing with us.

I agree with Alison, Bruce, I don't think you've ever written anything I didn't like.
This one is beautiful and I love the title.

It is musically perfect, dear Bruce. And the tune holds a wonderful message.
Love it very much.
