Hey guys, it's been a while since I've posted anything. Actually it's been a while since I've actually written anything, but tonight I found out that one of my best friends lost their brother and I, in my own way, wanted to try and ease their pain. This was written with many tears shed as I remembered the loss of my parents, but it was also written with a few smiles as I remembered the fun things that "Pops" and I did together. I hope this poem finds you all in good health and great spirit. God bless you all.


What do you say to someone that just lost a friend?
How can you make that endless pain end?
How do you say it will all be ok?
That the pain will subside a little each day?

No one can describe the pain that you feel
Never have and probablt never will
But I can tell you this much is true
The pain will subside the tears will be few

In time it will get easier believe me I know
I lost both my parents a few years ago
I still cry for them on those special days
And try to remember the good times and their special ways

I know it seems the pain will never end
But trust and believe you will smile again
When you look back at the memory of life
Remember the fun stuff and the good times in life
