mosey town has her boots off now
easy feet on some window sill dawn
perhaps waiting for day to arrive
or maybe just for night to leave

the meander men jingle their keys
and rattle at windows for favors
scent of some cinnamon promises there
with a coffee smelled sigh in reply

my mind rewinds its time peace key
to the rincon sand castle yesterday
and that indigo woman kind of sky
the wide hem that knows the wind kind

but she was modestly aware of my glances
and didn't seem to water them too often
as if they were just the natural shrubbery
that would always be there wanting more

as she, and stones worn smooth with patience

______________

daark (moseytown)

Another smooth and sultry write from Tall, Dark, and Handsome.

The following lines have special meaning for me ~

"perhaps waiting for day to arrive
or maybe just for night to leave"

Summer emotions bring some warmth into these grey November days, when the sun is unsuccessful in piercing the clouds.

This is totally darksome!

Love,

Your words are silk slipping over skin... so smooth, sensual and timeless.
