Running away from pain |

I run, sometimes for fun, sometimes to escape life. My legs hurt, and my lungs burn, But the pain is nothing compared to what's inside. Running is like a different world, it makes everything easier to deal with, there's sadness too though. Knowing, anticipating, that when I stop, reality will slap me in the face. - again. But when I run, it's a different kind of pain, that hides what I'm really feeling, that buries my heart. I feel myself slipping away, it's impossible to think of happiness, but if I keep running, maybe someday, I'll heal enough to feel like living. Rileigh |

Running is a healthy way of dealing with it. It is an escape and a good way to sort it all out in your own head, in your own time. |

I use my cycling in the same manner a few years ago. You captured it well here in this write. Good job Yoin |
