Obligated to Maria

He had an invitation
to the horse races
for tomorrow
from a woman
who said her name
was Charo,
a hot young thing
that he had met
yesterday in the Mall.
You might think that
come tomorrow he
would go to the
horse races with Charo,
but no...
he would be taking
his three fine sons
and his lovely wife Maria
to the movies at
the Downtowne Mall.
This man was truly
dedicated to Maria.
