Where Do We Go From Here By: Paul Wilson Circle the day with crimson from cut of belief Turn away from reality hide your tears of disbelief Who shall rise up amongst us to fight the evil one and embrace salvation before our world comes undone All of our tomorrows rest upon today as we dwell on our dreams of yesterday Sing your song of regret play your games with each other one day the world will be no more brother fighting brother Mothers holding babies husbands holding wives friends helping each other all fighting for their lives I’ve seen what will be been to hell and back again rivers of blood flowing deep and wide as the world sadly comes to an end Dreams and plans wasted on yesterday forgotten now in this battle we wage nothing else matters but survival the world has ended turn the page Turn the page Stop this rage One more day The people pray ~~To share my poems with you is to share my heart with you~~ |

"Where Do We Go From Here", indeed, Paul the Poet, where do we go from here? There is much truth in what you have written ~ and that is downright terrifying! "All of our tomorrows rest upon today as we dwell on our dreams of yesterday" ~ All of mankind has to become aware of what is happening to Planet Earthand. Through awareness and by being pro-active, Planet Earth will be saved! A message of great import ~ and well imparted. Linda |

Dear Paul, yes this humanity needs to wake up and finally see that only with love and respect for Mother Earth and for each other, we shall live. Powerful write, but fear once replaced by trust and love and consequent actions will lose its gripping power. Love and peace, Margherita |

I loved this. Your right. People should live greener lives and try to do what they can to help before its too late. -Zach "Who are you to judge the life I live? I know I'm not perfect" - Bob Marley |

Linda...Really loved your reply. Hopefully it's not too late for mankind as we know it...Paul Margherita...Thanks so much for reading, replying and caring...Paul Falling Rain...I really appreciate you taking time to read and reply. Earth has taken so much abuse over the centuries, with no regard for the future and now it is in our hands to do in a few years what our forfathers neglected to do for so long.Perhaps the prophets were right and 2012 will be the end of time... Paul Bill...Thanks my friend. Glad to be spending a little time here even though it is limited. Always nice to hear from you...Paul James...Glad you liked this thanks for the read & reply...Paul ~~To share my poems with you is to share my heart with you~~ |
