She sits alone, by the sea as if all the waters of the world had been gathered together just to craft her eyes... I would swim to her, if I could If I knew she would be there, waiting for me but I am here, trapped in this landlocked heart the choice between two men so different so defined I am refined reticent and ready for her return... |

If I were you, I'd make this a one stanza poem. The first stanza blew me away. I love my dog, and my truck. It's that simple, really. |

I truly just read your poem 3 times. It was mesmerizing. I was pulled right into the whole scenario. May your butterfly return. Personally, I would find a refined man who is ready for love and who is able to express that love so poetically, ~ to be irresistible and well-worth the return flight! EA |
