Crossing the pond and through the trees I saw nothing along the quietness But the images of you Passing one by one like waddling ducks And feelings flapping like startled birds From my many memories Soar up to my colorless heart Only if there were a window Or a door in my thought That I could let you out So to lose my weight |

I sure have felt this way myself. I hold memories for loved ones in there, and wish I could release them back from time and space. Loved this. |
