Some of you may have heardabout the tragic car crash that happened last year May 16th at 3:10 in the morning. The one with the killing of 2 Orange County women and at the same time the nearly fatal injury of 2 Orange County men all because of a drunk going the wrong way on the I-5 freeway. well i knew 3 of them. Yes that does mean i lost a very close friend. Chauncy Reid. Ive known you for so long, You left to quick. Mother says you were an aquaintance, She doesnt even know. I loved you like a sister, You held me close. I lost you in a disaster, Good ridance to that druken plaster. I miss you, Why did it have to be you? You were innocent, Why do the good die young? I feel I am at fault here, Though I know Im not. I think of you dayly, I see you nightly. I wish i could hear you, touch you, hold you. Why did it have to be you? I miss you.
